For one very simple reason: our curry sauce is home made. End of story.
We don't pour over the German sausages just any old artificial supermarket-ketchup because we believe that the curry sauce is what makes a good currywurst the best currywurst.

You won't find our currywurst sauce anywhere else in the world. You'll have to come to our stall (or call us for private hire) if you want to taste it!
To achieve perfect results Katja - owner of Bish Bash Bangers - went to Germany many times looking for the perfect recipe. She spoke to her family and tried various combinations until she perfected her own secret sauce.
She's has come up with something truly amazing; the mixture of the tomato base together with a tangy curry bite to it is simply mouth watering.
