Hi Katja; this week we're covering the topic of catering for office parties. What's your thoughts on this?
Nothing can be easier than to decide on a theme, on food, etc and just to call up a catering service that comes to your doorstep and provides all the service. Easy peasy!
What's your experience with the office party, is this something you enjoy doing?
Well, German catering is obviously very popular for Oktoberfest party themes and for Christmas office parties also (or any beer and food private party or event). Us just arriving with the trailer, the food, setting up, and cooking for the office people is hassle-free and people love hassle-free. They don't have to worry about anything, we take care of everything. Who doesn't like to organise a party and not have to worry about anything at all?
Your sausages are the REAL thing - they have won awards and they come all the way from Germany, which means people can expect extremely good quality. Where do you get your sausages from and how does this reflect on the prices?

Our options include the famous currywurst, the bratwurst and what we call the Jumbo Melt (which is a huge frankfurter filled with cheese, really yummy).
Do you small parties as well as big ones? Is there any amount of people that you don't go below?
Any party is possible for us. We have a big grill and the resources to cater for bigger parties as well as small ones. All you have to provide is hunger and we will do the rest!

I would need to know:
1) how many people will be at the party,
2) exact date and time and
3) what sort of event it is
Then we take it from there.
If offices can allocate some space within the parking lot, where will you be serving your sausages from?
It really depends on how big the party is and the space allocated for it. We have a gazebo tent (3x3m) which is more suitable for bigger events because of its size. We also have the cutest trailer pod (the first one in London) which is very suitable for smaller parties (basically it fits anywhere).
Both of them display funky designs we're very proud of. We always get comments from people.
We will leave the parking space spot we've been working from the way we found it. I am known for having a very clean and hygienic business in general, and people also need to think about this because to be left with any type of mess after a party is a no-no in my books.
Well, once people try the real German currywurst and bratwurst they will want to repeat!
For sure. My sauce is homemade and addictive, people say. I'm sure once they try my food they will be thinking of Bish Bash Bangers for future, fun events.
